The purpose of the role is to lead this business unit in the creation of sustainable value for all stakeholders, embedding a culture of excellence through the implementation of the overall business strategy.  
At least 10 years in a senior management role is required together with a track record of successfully running a division (s) that provides at least two of the following services (whether this is in the same business unit or at different times is irrelevant):  Process Control Instrumentation Supply and Servicing; Structural Steel Fabrication and Design, Construction of Mining Mineral Recovery Plants, Oil and Gas Upstream and Downstream Fabrication and Services as well as Power Generation Construction Project Management and Construction.
