All resumes received by Maxwell Drummond Inc. are handled with strict confidence (MDI has Confidentiality Agreements in place with all of our clients). We retain copies of both electronic and printed format. No resume will be discussed with or provided to any person or organization outside our firm without the express knowledge and consent of the person described in the resume. We search our resume data base for each search assignment. Potential candidates are provided with information about the job opportunity and the client organization. If the individual expresses interest in the opportunity, we will add their resume to the candidate pool for that project. If they are not interested, we will retain them in our database for future consideration.
Printed copies of resumes are retained in our files for a minimum of one year. Electronic copies are retained indefinitely. Printed copies deemed to be out-of-date are shredded.
